BE AT THE WARREN COUNTY
FAIRGROUNDS AT 6:00 P.M.
Please try to attend this meeting as it will be our last one before our show on Sept. 16th.
through Sept. 19th. If you have any items for the goody bags, please bring them to
this meeting. Also if you have any show flyers left bring them with you or to the
show as we can use them at the registration desk.
SWAP AREA
INFORMATION: We will be having a swap area again this year.
You may drop items off to be sold and the club
will watch it, sell it and keep
10%
commission. There will be a
$50.00 max for any one item like a tractor etc.
We already have some
nice wood working tools and equipment coming and if
anyone has questions or needs help hauling they
can call Gene Bustle. Please
note—there will be NO
FOR SALE SIGNS permitted for tractors or equipment
on the grounds except if it is in the swap
meet area or you can rent a vendor
space and place your items in your space. This
policy is the same as what
is in place at most shows.
DON’T FORGET WE ARE INVITED TO BRING OUR TRACTORS TO THE
AIRPORT ON SEPT. 4TH. AND 5TH. WE WILL HAVE OUR OWN SPACE FOR OUR
TRACTORS WHICH HOMER HURTT WILL HAVE MARKED OUT FOR US. YOU
CAN BRING YOUR TRACTOR ON SAT. MORNING AROUND 9-10 A.M. THERE
WILL BE A DINNER ON THE 4TH. AT 4:00PM FOLLOWED BY AN AIRSHOW
AT 5:00. ON SUN. MORNING THERE WILL BE A FLY-IN PANCAKE BREAKFAST
AT 7:00AM AND A LUNCH AT 11:00. WE WILL HAVE OUR PEOPLE MOVER THERE
AND OUR KIDDIE TRAIN. COME AND HAVE A GREAT TIME!

OEDER’S LAKE IN THE PICNIC AREA. IT WILL BE HELD IN THE SHELTER HOUSE.
BBQ SANDWICHES AND SODA WILL BE PROVIDED ALONG WITH PAPER PLATES,
CUPS AND UTENSILS. PLEASE BRING A
COVERED DISH OR TWO. PLEASE R.S.V.P.
